These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and platform (the "Service") provided by GOAT Panel LLC ("GOAT Panel", "we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

GOAT Panel provides a white-label, multi-tenant platform that lets customers operate their own branded SMM panels. We provide the software and infrastructure; you are responsible for how you configure and operate your panel.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Break any applicable law or third-party platform's terms.
• Send spam, phishing or other unsolicited or deceptive communications.
• Distribute malware or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Engage in fraud, abuse, or sale of services that violate the policies of the networks involved.

4. Your customers and content

If you operate a panel for end-users, you are the controller of your customers and their data and are responsible for your own terms, pricing, support, refunds and compliance with applicable laws toward them.

5. Subscriptions and payment

• Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled.
• Fees are for platform access; revenue from your own sales is yours.
• Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

6. Intellectual property

We retain all rights to the Service and its software. You retain rights to your brand and the content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the Service.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GOAT Panel LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenues.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
